Nope, he could get a ticket for that, actually a more expensive one than no front plate at all if I remember correctly. Though generally the cops won’t ticket you for it unless you’ve pissed them off in some other way. In my experience at at least. I’ve done a fair amount of driving with my front plate in the window, and my friend has his front plate folded so just the digits are visible, and neither of us have caught flack for it.

Yep that’s how I see it. Any dime a dozen supercar takes nothing more than cash flow - and these days cash flow is less regulated than ever. But to keep other vehicles on the road requires real wealth, a labor of love, or both.
